Oily water separator

In coalescence separation, the oil particle is transferred to the porous material surface by diffuse effect, and is separated by water flow force, flotage and capillary force when the oil particle reaches a certain size. The porous material used in coalescene separation is mid-oleophilic, such as terylene, nylon, elastic foram and so on . To improve coalescence separation, the inlet diameter is larger than the outlet, and the porous material is mid-oleophilic, therefore back wash method is not very effective to clean the porous material. When its pressure difference is high, it should be cleaned or renewed manually.
